DAL assisted in the design of a collaborative process that allowed over 100 stakeholders (e.g., Department of Health, People Living With AIDS/HIV, religious and business leaders) to participate in defining and implementing effective strategies for preventing the spread of HIV in varied socio-economic and geographical sectors.
