Mayor’s HIV Resources Planning Council/Denver

DAL assisted in distributing approximately $4 million annually in Ryan White CARE Act monies throughout metropolitan Denver, determining the housing and services needs of the HIV/AIDS client population, designing a system for resolving conflict among individuals and organizations with disparate interests, and completing a communications audit that identified the HIV Resources Planning Council’s strengths and weaknesses in making group decisions.
