Community Leadership Development: Developing Effective Leadership at the Individual, Organizational and Community Levels

DAL builds collaborative leadership capacity in organizations seeking a voice in political, social and community affairs. Using unique training programs and assessments created for each project, DAL facilitates the development of collaborative leadership and alliances between and among individuals and organizations seeking to initiate lasting social change at the individual, organizational or community levels.
